Welcome to Animal Crossing Revolution, or ACR for short. My name is Dylan the DataWizard and I made this site for those who live thier life in the game Animal Crossing. I will post guides, tips, tricks, pictures, and more about Animal Crossing. I will cover Animal Crossing Game Cube, Animal Crossing Wild World, and Animal Crossing for Wii! I need more guides, tips and tricks!
This is supposed to be a place full of interesting and informative information on Animal Crossing. But I'm having some trouble finding and then compiling the required information! So I must ask any one that has a guide or info about anything Animal Crossing to please PT me on Animal Crossing Community if you would like to contribute it to Animal Crossing Revolution. Minor Glitch Fix (6/13/07 6:41AM)
Hello. I just finished fixing some minor glitches on the Affiliates page. And I have an approxamate release date for that project I had mentioned in my last announcement. It'll be out by aproximately June 30th......
New news about RRF and some upcomming changes. (5/28/07 @ 2:17PM)
Hello! Don't worry, I haven't quit. I've just been busy the past week. Anyways first I'd like to announce that things have ben cleared up between ACR and RRF. We both did and said some things to eachother we regret but we've made up now and all is at peace. This does mean that reaffiliation with RRF is possible, but still unlikely.
Second I'd like to tell you that somewhat soon I will be adding a new guide to ACR and I'm in the middle of working on a very, very important and top secret project for ACR. That's all I'll say for now though.
New Form and New Inductee into the Hall of Fame! (5/14/07 @ 7:31PM)
After much careful contemplation I have decided to switch ACR's Form hosting from FreedBack Forums to Bravenet.com's Forms. This doesn't really affect you in any way. I just thought it would be good to mention it incase any one noticed. The form still has the same input feilds as before. The only major difference is now I can have multiple forums and you will recieve a confirmation email when you submit something.
I am also very happy to announce that Travis3 has just been added to the Hall of Fame! He has been providing space on his forums for a while now and until now he's never recieved the proper recognition for it. So I though it would be nice to repay what he's done for ACR by adding him to the Hall of Fame. ^_^

TV Guide Update & New Affiliate! (5/08/07 @ 4:11PM)
Happypippi's TV Guide has just been updated so that all of the time slots have been filled. In addition she formatted the guide a little differently this time so now it fits correctly on ACR. She also added screen shots of the various TV shows.
I am proud to announce yet another one of ACR's affiliates: Zelda Online. I know it isn't an AC site but the more affiliates the beter!
MULTIPLE UPDATES! (5/07/07 @ 2:58PM)
Wow! I've just made alot changes to ACR! There's alot I need to say in this announcement so I'll break them down for you:
ACR's New Domain name
ACR now has a new domain name! It's www.animalcrossingrevolution.com. Now please keep in mind that ACR is still being hosted on animalcrossingrevolution.googlepages.com so all links to ACR are still active and there is no need to change them to the new domain. At the moment I'm just using the new domain as a redirect that rediects you to the ACR homepage. (That would be the page you're on right now.) I hope to, someday, even host ACR on it's new domain. But for now, it shall remain here.
Happypippi's Guides
Happypippi's guides used to be hosted on her site and I simply linked to them from here on ACR. But after much thought I have decided that it is much easiert to controll the content and it makes the site flow better if I were to host Happypippi's guides on ACR like all the others. So, I did. All the links on ACR to Happypippi's site have been removed and replaced with links to the pages on ACR that contain the guides. Unfortunently there are som formatting issues with the chart in the TV guide. I've spent an entire day trying to fix this and can't figure out a way around it. So we'll just have to deal with it hte way it is for the time being. If you have any suggestions feel free to submit them using the form found here. Please note that from now on it is manditory that all ACR Guides must be hosted on ACR.
Randomness Rocks Forums
Randomness Rocks Forums has been REMOVED from ACR's affiliates. This came about after RRF refused to provide proper links to ACR and the Admins flamed me repeatedly. Then, upon trying to resolve the dispute they banned me and deleted my account on RRF. I definently DO NOT recomend affiliation with RRF.
Well, I'm pretty sure this announcement holds the record for the biggest one yet. I hope I didn't miss anything! Have a nice day and Enjoy ACR! (I'm actually paying for your enjoyment right now. That domain name costs money!)

The Bell Tree has now been added as ACR's 10th affiliate! TBT's icon has been added to both the affiliates page AND the Affiliate Marquee. I beg you to please pay TBT a visit.
ACR HAS JUST GONE MULTILINGUAL! (5/01/07 @ 3:32PM)
Thanks to AltaVista and their Babel Fish Translation service all the guides and main pages of ACR can now be translated into any of the 8 languages offered! To my knowledge, this makes ACR the first and only multilingual AC Guide site on the web! It's actually rather simple to use. Just click the flag of the country that speakes the language you want it to be translated into. And then, bam! In a matter of seconds you'll see the page translated into the language you selected!
AFFILIATION MARQUEE! (4/30/07 @ 6:46PM)
The Marquee seen at the bottom of this page, and soon every other page, show the icons of all of our affiliates excluding icons that do not meet the standardized Affiliation icon requirements. What that means, in english, is that I have now made it so that our affiliates can now be seen at the bottom of every page. However, any affiliates whose icons are bigger than 88 x 31 are NOT in the marquee. This is to allow the marquee to flow freer and look more orginized. You are still welcomed to affiliate with ACR using an icon bigger than 88 x 31 but it will only be displayed on the affiliates page.
Calendar Updated (4/26/07 @ 8:19AM)
I finally finished updating ACR's calendar with all of the ACGC and ACWW events up through August. I'll be adding other events like game releases later.
ANIMAL CROSSING HEAVEN, THE NEW OFFICIAL FORUM OF ACR!!! (4/18/07 @ 5:53AM)
Animal Crossing Heaven, a forum made by Travis3 of ACC, have accepted the oppertunity to become ACR's official forum! There are now three boards on ACH specially for ACR. They are the genaral discussion board, where you can just chat about ACR, ACR Site Suggestions, post here to suggest a change to ACR, and finally ACR Support, if you are haveing technical issues or you have questions about ACR you should post there. I am also a Mod at ACH. I will spend some time on the other non ACR boards but I will spend most of my time on ACH patrolling the ACR boards. I have also replaced all the links to ACR Forums with links to ACH. So please sign up for ACH and let the forum thrive. If you have any questions or concerns about the partner ship between ACR and ACH please post those on the ACR Support Board.
P.S. I also made the calendar smaller so that the formatting works better for those who don't have wide screens. (I do so it's hard for me to relize if something may look bad on a normal screen. So I'm relying on you and my computer time at school to tell me if something looks bad.) In addition I put the affiliares code in a text box and added K.K. Ballard as back ground music for the Calendar page.

I just finished fixing some minor formatting issues on the Affiliates page. If you continue to experience problems viewing that page or any other area of ACR please send a message labled 'Help' using this forum.
New Affiliation Icon! (4/08/07 @ 3:45PM)
I just downloaded The GIMP image editor today and enjoyed using it to make my first animated .gif which just happens to be the new ACR Affiliate Icon! The new icon is an Animated .gif. Now affiliates can choose from the static or animated icons when affiliating with ACR!
ACR Forums, Down once Again. (4/08/07 @ 8:01AM)
Unfortunately due to a nasty swarm of Spam Bots and lack of popular interest in it ACR Forums has been closed indefinately. I am currently looking for alturnative exsisting forums that may want to be come ACR's official forum. This forum would have to feature some special boards specialy created for ACR and in exchange all the links on ACR that go to the current ACR Forums would be replaced with links to the forum we finally decide to have as our official form. If you have a site that wishses to participate in such a partnership with ACR please submit your request with 'Affiliation' as the subject and 'Official ACR Forum' as the title on the form here. But please remember that this portion of ACR will continue to be updated with new features and guides regularly. Thank you and I am sorry for the inconvieniance.

I just updated the affiliates section so that you can access the affiliated site by clicking on it's affiliate icon. Additionaly, Animal Xing Frenzy has been replaced by Ultimate Gamming X. I have also added links to the hall of fame and the affiliates page to all other exsisting pages.

Animal Crossing Universaty, a former affiliate, has recently merged with Animal Crossing Zone. AC Zone has decided to take on the responsibility of our affiliation with ACU. So AC Zone is now an affiliate of ACR. Additionally, Randomeness Rocks Forums has joined us as our 8th affiliate to date.

After much thought I have decided that in addition to guides being submittable on the Submit Content to ACR page that Calendar Events and Affiliation requests may be sent using the same form. This is mainly due to the lack of members and staff on ACR Forums making it not the ideal place to ask for help or request affiliation. But I must ask that you remember to choose the correct subject when submitting content to ACR. Thank you for your interest in submitting info to ACR.

The Official ACR Calendar! (3/15/07 @ 1:55PM)
ACR now has a google calendar featuring all AC:WW and ACGC events for the next two months. About every two weeks I plan to update the calendar with more info. The calendar will also feature release dates and info on upcomming games for the Wii and DS.

Animal Crossing Wii is now TBA (5/01/07 @ 6:36AM)
IGN just released an article that Nintendo has announced as the official 2007 line up for the Wii. Unfortunantly AC: Wii was not included in that line up. However they hinted that it was TBA indicating that it still could come out in 2007. The article can be found here.
Animal Crossing Wii Update! (2/26/07 @ 9:54AM)
According to this IGN article Animal Crossing Wii is supposed to come out some time this year. It's unclear weather it's supposed to be a UK, US, AU, or Japan release date but as soon as we get more info this will be updated.
